Recruiting process/what do I need to do once I have the required equipment?
-Send updated Resume
-Agent Recruiting form #1 & #2
-Phone call meeting **optional
-Signing up under Working Solo Call Center
-Select a job you want to train and work for
-Wait for the class start date to begin!
1) A laptop/Computer: For Training & Servicing Live Calls
(When you are sent the Agent Recruiting form #1, you will have in detail the suggested headsets/computer speed suggested).
2) Internet Access: Training & Servicing Live Calls (having an Ethernet cord is a MUST)
3) Headset that connects to your computer by USB Port for training/live calls. The majority of the jobs do NOT need a phone line.
(A Headset with Dial-pad may be required for some clients/"jobs" available when servicing live calls).
Don't have a phone line? No problem, reach out to your Internet Provider for further inquiries.
4) A quiet professional environment is a MUST. No TV/dogs barking/kids etc. in the background.
6) A background check is also required (Some clients may require a urinalysis as well)
7) A voice assessment and PC check are required to make sure your computer reached the requirements so you are able to successfully service with no issues.
Great question! Once you have completed the recruiting process you then start the certification course for the job/client you have selected. The class time ranges anywhere from 3 weeks to a 2-month period, all depending on the job you select. Each job is very descriptive of the class time option so you know prior to selecting a job. There are at least 3 different time slots available for you to choose from that best fit your schedule when selecting a job.
*Class time example: Mon-Friday, 9 am-1 pm EST (4 hours a day, except holidays).
-Windows 7 or Windows 10 (Not compatible with Windows 11)
*Windows 8/8.1 not supported by some clients (jobs)*
-MAC OS X 10.10 Yosemite or higher
